Positive: 有洗衣機和乾衣機，有車房，適合家庭自駕遊。由於離市中心較遠，環境幽靜，客飯廳有湖境180度落地玻璃窗，可盡情眺望湖岸及雪山，景觀很美。屋子十分整潔，厨房設施亦齊備，便利自行煮食。
