Central spa studio (R1)

Positive: Ruime en propere kamer dicht bij het centrum. Alles is goed te voet te doen. Negative: De hot tub was vuil waardoor die niet te gebruiken was. De wasmachine werkte maar bleef de hele tijd piepen zonder dat je iets kon aanpassen. Afstand en kamer is goed, maar voor de extra's moet je het niet doen.

Best avoided. Don't count on the hot tub or any customer service. Positive: Place is very basic but inside facilities are ok. Negative: The hot tub was unusable, only half full of (cold) water, left uncovered and full of leaves. Very disappointing as this was a key reason we chose this property. Owner said "If there is anything else we can do to make up for this, please don't hesitate to let us know." (after not actually offering anything to make up for it). We politely asked if they would reimburse the cost of an alternative spa that we had booked but they ghosted us.
