Cosy getaway in stunning location with easy access into town Positive: The apartment was cosy and clean, in a great location which was very accessible into town. The views of Queenstown were incredible and we even braved the cold for some breakfast outside to take in the beautiful surroundings. It was also very handy being able to do our laundry during our stay. Negative: Sadly I’m unsure whether our messages on booking.com were being received by the owners or not as several messages went unanswered which seemed strange but we had no other way to contact the owners. One was about an issue with the noise late at night from the holiday let above which was very loud a couple of nights (we think it was their children stomping about). As we had a slightly longer stay, the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped with some larger pans (there was a large lid but no pan), a frying pan, couple more knives and more than 3 clothes hangers would have been useful. We also weren’t sure what the second key was for and the tag actually had the wrong apartment name on it. An information booklet might be good for future guests.

We loved staying here, beautiful place with great view! Positive: Perfect cozy place. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location.
