Great location, amazing view but lacking a few touches in cleanliness and homeliness if that’s important to you. Positive: Great location, amazing view from the balcony and handy to have a washing machine and kitchenette. Heated tiles were also a great touch. Negative: Wet carpet in the bedroom which smelled after the unit had been closed up for the day, limited staples e.g. milk provided, smoke alarms were off the wall and batteries removed and no return communication from hosts when we flagged this with them.

I heard everything from upstairs—thumping, talking, and bathroom noises—until 1 AM. It’s a nightmare for sensitive sleepers. The biggest issue is the lack of professional management. Being a family business, they have no system to handle complaints. I reported the noise and maintenance issues, but the host ignored me once I checked in. Don't expect any help if problems arise. [Facilities] The room is smaller than pictured, and the "view" is only from outside. Maintenance was poor: • Freezer: Covered in thick ice, unusable. • Cleanliness: Cutlery was dirty. • Room: Wall clock was broken. Conclusion: Avoid this place. Better to find a professional hotel or apartment. Not worth the stress.
