Satisfied for the stay. Positive: The facilities are working well to keep my family warm. Kitchen and laundry are well equipped. House is clean. Lake and Mountain View is great. Negative: Only one toilet is kind of not enough for 3 bedrooms house and toilet seat need to be repaired or replaced.

A beautiful, spacious home with spectacular views and wonderful hosts - we highly recommend it Positive: There are some views you never forget, and this is one of them. Waking up each morning to the lake, snow covered mountains and Queenstown below was absolutely breathtaking. The home was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. As a family of four with two older adult children, the layout was perfect and gave everyone plenty of room. The owners were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us a late checkout to suit our afternoon flights, which made our last day so much easier. Negative: We genuinely loved the property and would happily stay again. The only challenge was the very steep driveway during icy conditions. Unfortunately, one of our family members slipped and injured her back, and on departure my husband had to carefully slide down sections of the driveway because it had become so icy. This is obviously weather dependent rather than a fault of the property, but it’s worth future guests being aware if staying during winter for any mobility restrictions.

Great place for aduit , not that great for older Positive: view is perfect you can watch it all day , House is on second floor , inside 3 bed room with great view you can parking in front of the house there are little toy to play like card and some staff for kid Negative: heater problem it not hold enough for cold in april so if in june/july should be problem there are problem about water too hot , too cold cant control need to call staff for help it just enough to shower but not feel great some cooking staff look old, not work perfectly on oven , gas station we got with 2 adult 2 older 1 kid need to push all the bag to the hill in order to get in the house

Positive: The house has amazing views over the lake in Queenstown. The house is very well suited for a group, the rooms and beds were very comfortable too. The hosts were very welcoming and the information they supplied about the local area was great.
