Ok for one or two nights, not enough for a longer stay
Positive: Housekeeping does a decent job even if some items need changing (dirty old shower drain, stain on bed cover), owner clearly is not upkeeping the place enough (recent washing machine though).
Negative: No privacy whatsoever, large windows give directly on the road. Bad soundproofing, lots of lights at night.
